Good morning everybody!!! Hope all is well!!! Wanna reach out to my community and my contractors as well this morning. I’m available right now to take on any projects you have on your home or small business I offer any type of service you may require at an affordable rate, and take pride in my work and will keep you posted play by play throughout the whole process. I do this so people will understand what a contractor deals with when he/she remods/replace/repairs anything on a home or business for a customer so they understand what and why the money they are spending takes care of. From my experience, myself included I wanna get the biggest bang for my buck. That being said when customers hear prices they tend to cringe a little and wonder why so much $ to get my project done. I like to show the client the step by step process because a lot of times it helps them for future endeavors we hen it comes to pricing a job I think understanding pricing of a job is one of the most critical decisions when hiring a contractor. I help the customer look at what he/she is having done and break it down in their heads and evaluate how much time and effort it will take to complete their project, that way when they receive the contractors quote and it’s very low, there’s probably a good chance they don’t know what they’re doing or if it’s to high then a multitude of things come into play. Ergonomics is the key approach I use in estimating my projects and I compare them to my app the I use for estimating projects. From start to finish I think about every move I make and every dollar I or the customer spends to make the determination on my price and explain it to my customers. Anyway I hope this helps with deciding on contractors to choose from as well as doing your research.
