Family Owned and Operated Paving contractor looking for new team members. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Paving Crew Members to assist in raking, smoothing and general duties in paving asphalt driveways, roads and parking lots.
To ensure success as a Paving Crew Member, you should be physically fit and be able to work in all weather conditions.

We offer:
Overtime available

Asphalt Laborer Responsibilities:
Offloading the truck and gathering tools for the day.
Transporting rakes, lutes, shovels, and spray cans to the paver.
Sweeping and cleaning the area in front of the paver.
Working as a Flagger to direct motorists away from the work zone.
Assisting the screed operator.
Shoveling material as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness and packing equipment away at the end of the day.

Asphalt Laborer Requirements:
Work experience as an Asphalt Laborer or Flagger, or willing to learn the trade.
Knowledge of road and traffic regulations.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work outside during the summer months.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Excellent communication and observation skills.
