Let s help this family. Lets help Team Finley

A little morning update on Finley 💜

Her labs this morning are giving us some encouraging signs! Most of her renal numbers and electrolytes are looking good, with just a few things the team is continuing to watch closely. The big goal now is for her kidney function to remain consistently stable over the next week.

And there’s a really exciting reason why…🥹

If Finley’s renal numbers can stay stable, the team may be willing to consider letting her come HOME while she waits for her heart transplant. 🫀

There are still some hurdles before that can happen. A home milrinone pump requires its own insurance approval, and we would need to complete training to safely manage everything at home. So we aren’t packing our bags just yet!

But the fact that HOME is even a possibility in Finley’s near-ish future feels like a pretty amazing step!

For now, we’ll keep hoping for stable kidneys, good labs, and more steps in the right direction. One day at a time! 💕
