How we end our day can help prepare us for the day ahead.

Building habits like journaling, meal prepping, packing your lunch in advance, laying your clothes out and putting your gym shoes by the front door can make mornings less stressful.

Ending the day in gratitude supports your mindset and can bring a sense of ease as you fall to sleep.
