✨ From "Before" to "Wow" – The Kitchen & Dining Transformation! ✨

When people ask me what makes a project "next level," it’s not just the final look—it’s the relentless commitment to getting the bones right. 🛠️
We just wrapped up a gorgeous LVT install across the kitchen, dining room, and laundry area, and let me tell you, my team absolutely crushed it.

This wasn't a "slap it down and call it a day" kind of job. We discovered some subfloor damage that needed serious TLC before we could even think about laying the new floor. No shortcuts here!

We flattened everything out with ARDEX Americas Ardex K60. This is the secret sauce that ensures that "everlasting" feel underfoot.
The team made multiple 1-hour trips (each way!) just to ensure every detail was perfect for the client.
This is exactly what separates the pros from the average joes.
You don't get a floor that stands the test of time by taking the easy route. You get it by putting in the miles, doing the prep work, and refusing to settle for anything less than perfection.

There is nothing quite like the transformation of a high-end theater room. We were thrilled to partner with a new builder on this incredible project, and the final result is truly a masterpiece.
For this installation, the clients went with a stunning pattern from Stanton's Patina Collection.
This isn't your average carpet; it’s a face-to-face Wilton, known for its incredible luxury, depth, and character.
Installing a pattern like this is no small feat—it requires an obsessive level of precision and absolute craftsmanship to ensure every line matches perfectly and every seam disappears. When the quality of the product is this high, the installation has to be flawless to match.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING: Transforming the Besse Hotel! 🏨🛠️

They say they don’t build them like they used to—and when it comes to the historic Besse Hotel in Pittsburg, KS, that’s a fact!
This early 1900s gem is undergoing a massive renovation, and our team is honored to be at the heart of this full gut job.

Modern LVT requires a perfectly flat surface, but 100-year-old floors have a lot of "character"
When the stakes are this high, you call in the specialists. Our crew was hand-selected to flatten a staggering 20,000 square feet of history.
We’ve poured just over 900 bags of Ardex V1300 to ensure
this landmark has a perfect foundation forthe new floor to last another century.

There’s something about a well-placed runner that just ties a whole house together. 🏡

This diamond pattern brought a great balance of texture and style to these stairs without overcomplicating the space. It’s a solid example of how a thoughtful material choice can completely change the vibe of an entryway.
This entire project was fabricated in-house by the crew at Everlasting Installations.
Having the team handle the fabrication from start to finish allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and ensure the layout flows exactly how it should from the top landing to the bottom step.

⛳️ Four, look out ⛳️

Don’t let the sleek, minimalist aesthetic of this golf simulator room fool you—behind the scenes, this project was a high-stakes rescue mission that required that technical expertise we bring to the table.

When we arrived to install a beautiful espresso colored carpet with matching runner, we found a client who had been left in the dark. The original simulator salesperson had promised an installation they couldn't actually deliver and then ghosted the customer entirely. It’s a situation no homeowner should have to deal with, but it’s exactly where we step in.

The Challenge

The vision required a precise 1-¼" elevated turf transition to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding carpet. It looks simple in photos, but achieving that level of flush, durable elevation requires more than just "laying it down."

There is something incredibly satisfying about watching a space evolve, and this transformation is a perfect example.

We just wrapped up the first phase of this project, taking these stairs from dated carpet to a stunning, high-end engineered wood.
Staircases are often the centerpiece of a home, but they’re also one of the most technical areas to get right. It’s all about the precision of the cuts and the seamless flow from the treads to the landing. The warmth and character of this wood have completely shifted the energy of the upper flight.
