The old saying is true, "You get what you pay for".

Unfortunately that never rang soo true as it has the last few years during the COVID shuffle.
Many People without work and needing money became overnight carpenters, landscapers, painters, etc. They bid on anything in their mind they thought they could do. Decks not up to code, new window installs leaking, fence panels sagging and posts failing.
Unfortunately for the homeowner, many of them paid for subpar work and future problems.
I even saw a deck being built by electricians company. 🤔 Things have gotten crazy.

West Wichita Fence and Renovation is not the cheapest bid you can find, even now there are plenty of handy people out bidding jobs.
We are far from the most expensive you will get as well because I do my best to keep costs down. .
What we are is fair.

We have also been through our own bit of shuffling the last month coming into the new year so I'd like to thank all those we have been able to take care of and apologize to those we somehow missed. This year we have added another master carpenter as well as a few more guys to expand into more areas as well as take on more opportunities in the future.

**Side note** To those that are looking for the cheapest they can find, next time you have back problems, give me a call. I'm no chiropractor but it seems easy enough, I think I can pop your back into place for let's say, half what they charge you? 😏. Hell, maybe I need to expand into dental as well, I got a drill I think would work. Anyone interested?

It's not Rocket Science. 🚀

I see my competitors pulling up to houses in their 40k dollar gas guzzlers just to measure off a yard. I see them proudly posting pictures of their new 10, 12, 15k dollar piece of equipment. It's obvious to me why they rip people off. YOU gotta pay for all their toys.

Im shocked at what some of these companies charge and even more shocked that customers pay. They don't even realize they just got robbed.

Some people might think its funny i run around in a VW passat diesel doing estimates. Its not by accident. Its Inexpensive and gets 40+ mpg Overhead.💲
I wont tear up your yard in a bobcat because im too lazy to do things by hand. Hard work doesn't scare me. Once again, overhead. 💲

There's no magic to it, It's basic, I keep my overhead down so that i can give you a fair price.

Do you realize most of the big name fence companies sub out the work? So you call for a quote, they send out a sales guy who's job it is to get you to write a check for a deposit and sign a contract. Then they pimp out a local handyman to build the fence for pennies on the dollar and make a profit off of his work. I'm no pimp.
What quality, service and attention to detail can you expect from his hoe?

When you thought 2020 was bad and 2021 whispers "You aint seen nothing yet!". 😬 Nothing but cedar tree roots but wait, thats not all!
TWO power lines and a few ATandT lines right ON the fence line. Plus a sprinkler system 3 inches to the north and a petroleum pipe a few feet away.
Cant adjust the line so, Ill be hand digging and praying like i havent in awhile.
