Hartman Gardens Kansas We are garden enthusiasts who want to share our love of plants with others. Starting in our backyard, we are creating our own sacred space.

Groves of trees far up in the Himalayan mountains were once known as the center of the universe. There are over 20 trees growing on our land that we have planted just this year. With patience and surviving the Kansas climate, we will transform a boring, empty, grassy yard into our own exotic grove that is our center. Paw Paw, nectaplum, jujube, miracle berry are some of the unique fruit trees we a

re dying to harvest. In the spring, there will be amazing smells of lilac, plums and cherries. Summer is bringing amazingly colorful blooms from crepe myrtles, butterfly bushes, hydrangea’s and roses. All year we can walk outside and be surrounded with beauty. Through our experiences, hard work and time, we want to inspire you to create your own sacred outdoor space. Learning from many mistakes, we have advise on amending soil, watering habits, growing herbs and food, pruning and propagating. There’s sooooooo much to learn that we will be constantly trying new things and sharing our success stories and failures. Hopefully more success stories 😊
