As our company continues to grow, we're making a few changes to better serve our customers.

I am very happy to announce that Rachel has officially stepped into the full-time role of Business Manager for Stratton Built. She will be handling scheduling, invoices, receipts, payment processing, customer follow-ups, and general office operations.

This allows me to spend more time where I'm needed most on job sites, managing projects, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard without distractions.

Most people don’t know my past, but I’ve lost everything before.

I came back stronger, more grateful, and more determined than ever. Every setback had to happen exactly the way it did to make me who I am today.
