Another bathroom finished for an amazing customer! The old bathroom tile was installed terribly and was leaking from the niche into the wall so we replaced it with a really nice shower pan, faux tile surround with niche along the whole back wall. The old exhaust fan also didnt even have any sort of duct or vent hooked up, so I installed a new roof vent for a new fan. Looking forward to doing more work for this customer and anymore!

Hung, mud/taped and finished all of the drywall.

One of the best, and most easy going customers to date! These areas of his barn were finished for family and friends that come in town so they have plenty of space to entertain any and all guests!

This was a subcontracted job, complete rip out of concrete steps, 2 door replacements, and added a recessed light at the top of the stairs. Installed new treated stair stringers with lvp stair treads on top, and lvp flooring at the top and bottom landings.

I love doing basement finishing projects, this basement was bare foundation walls and concrete floor when I started.

Jacked up a section of the floor joists to put in a new section of sill plate on the top of the foundation wall

This deck we installed on a new build in Lebanon. The home owners were very happy to see it come together, and they were awesome people to work for. Weather last week pushed us out a little farther than anticipated from the original start to finish time. On to the next! Anything can be done, big or small, we can do it all!

I forgot to take before pictures, but this deck NEEDED to be taken down. It was a hazard for this older couple! They couldn't even walk on the top section because the middle and right side poles were completely rotted through. The left side of the deck was slowly sinking in the ground dude to an incorrect footer. We completely took the the top secti9n of deck down, and made built them a new top section that they loved when we were finished! Took a couple days longer than anticipated because of the weather, but we still worked through any rain we could to get it completed for them! Now they can get back to grilling outside on their deck, and enjoying outside SAFELY, without worrying if anything was going to break while they're on it.
At least 1-2 more decks lined up and ready to get them started and completed!

Another job completed for some awesome people in Maineville! They wanted their bathroom updated, and we didnt disappoint! Demo'd the old tile in the shower, took out the vanity, and the LVT flooring that was installed TERRIBLY. We installed new tile in the shower with a niche, new tile floor, and a new vanity. I couldn't be happier with how easy these customers were to deal with, and always happy when a customer chooses me to do their work!

A job we did about around early- mid June. Tore off the old siding and trim, installed new T1-11 siding and trim, and then painted it. It turned out amazing, and looks like a brand new shed! Great customers, I'm glad they chose us to get their job completed!
