We have gotten several questions regarding the use of our sauna. I thought I would post some information answering some of those questions. How long should you stay in the infrared sauna? If you’ve never been in a sauna it is recommended you start out with a 10 minute session and work your way up to 15,20 and 30 minute sessions. What do you wear in the sauna? A bathing suit and or tank top and shorts is recommended. Towels are provided for our clients to use as a wrap as well as to dry up sweat. What is the pricing? We offer 10 minute sessions ($10) 15 minute sessions ($15) 20 minute sessions ($20) and 30 minute sessions for ($30). Water bottles are also provided to ensure you stay adequately hydrated. Our sauna is Bluetooth enabled if you would like to enjoy your choice of music or some relaxing music. Come and experience the quiet relaxation that the sauna provides!
