We spent the last four days in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico at the METUS Diamond Leadership Conference. The meetings were informative, and the location and resort couldn’t be beat! We enjoyed meeting everyone, and can’t wait to share what we learned with our GEC team and our dealers!

We had a fantastic time at the Trane Distributor Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona! Hearing from Trane leadership, networking with other distributors, and spending time in wonderful weather were some of the highlights! Ryan, as our Low GWP Champion, was fully immersed in the upcoming refrigerant change, while Paul and Cheryl attended the business and strategy sessions.
