On this thread earlier this summer, I asked for referrals for roofing contractors. I wanted an owner operator who would be on the job daily, and would make sure it was done right. I have a tough roof, steep pitch, lots of angles, and built in gutters. I got a lot of suggestions. I ended up choosing TS Siding and Roofing. Tom Synder is the owner. He was on the job every day. His crew was terrific. And I thought his quote was fair. It’s an old house, and they ran into some issues, but we were able to talk it out and they finished the job. I highly recommend Tom to anyone who needs roofing or siding done. Owner operator, does what he says he will do, fair pricing, excellent work. 10/10. Thanks for the recommendations.
Additionally, some of the contractors I called couldnt be bothered, or didnt follow up, or never sent in an estimate. Really surprising. I have a landscaping/stumpgrinding/property improvement business and I can't imagine how you can stay in business doing that...
