This is very important to realize when introducing children to pets. I highly recommend Canine Country Academy to help with most training of fur babies!! Great Owner, Staff, Facilities, and environment!

Kids and dogs can be a tricky mix of characters. Dogs may see their behavior as scary, uncertain, and unpredictable. This is why careful consideration comes into play when having kids interact and/or live with dogs.

As a kid who grew up with dogs, it definitely made my life better having our Cocker Spaniel to play with in the backyard. A dog can be a good listener for kids and friend.

To help ensure everyone is living together in peace we recommend:

👉 always supervising their interactions

👉 creating positive experiences when together

👉 setup management for safety

👉 provide a quiet place for the dog to have time away from the kids

👉 teach both kids and dogs how to properly interact for the best relationship
