One of our ECAR staff members had an electrical emergency this afternoon that could have turned into a very serious situation — but with one phone call and a quick response, James and his team were there within 30 minutes to assess the issue, resolve the problem, and provide solutions to help prevent anything like this from happening again.

James and his crew’s fast response, professionalism, and dedication to helping others truly made all the difference. We are so grateful for affiliates like you who show up for our members and community when it counts!
