UPDATE:
With the announcement by Gov. Evers and the State Of Wisconsin concerning Construction Sites, Richards Home Remodeling has made the incredibly tough decision to continue our Suspension Of Work.
At this time we feel it to be in the best interest of our Clients, Subcontractors, Distributors, Suppliers, Manufacturers and their familys to make this hard choice.
This does not come lightly as we understand how important the project is to each and every person. I ask for your patience while we all come together and work through this together.

I would like to take a moment and inform everybody that we are:
SUSPENDING PROJECTS at this time. The timeline for work to resume is unknown at this time.
With the latest closings and transmissions of the virus in WI, we feel strongly about protecting our community and feel this is the best course of action at this time.

These are hard times for us all, and we are right there with you. Together we will overcome.

Our most recent project. Another beautiful new home on a country lot.

What a busy 2019. Here is the current project that has taken us into 2020. It is a 2000 sq ft. complete interior remodel and re-design of main living area and kitchen.
Removal of non-bearing walls in main living area, complete kitchen resign and all floor coverings including 5/8 particle board subfloor. The bathrooms are also updated and have a change in cabinet/sink layout.
New 3/4 tongue and groove subfloor was installed in all wood floor areas, and 1/2 durock cement board along with uncloupling membrane in all tile areas. Hardwood Acacia hardwood flooring was installed in all areas minus bathrooms and entry ways.
Once the kitchen comes together this project will be amazing, which includes an exposed front farm sink, gas range cooktop with hood vent, double electric oven unit and large island.

So it's that time of year again!! Myles' school's ONE and ONLY fundraiser in which 100% of funds collected go back into the school for new playground equipment, new ipads, chromebooks, etc for the classrooms, new books for classroom libraries as well as being able to send each student home with 1-2 books to keep and read over the summer and MUCH MORE!

It's the WE RUN. The WE (Windsor Elementary) Run is an opportunity for every student to show their school spirit and work on their physical fitness. Each student will have 20 minutes to run or walk laps in the parking lot at school on a circuit approximately 1/8 mile.

I am happy to say that Myles ran a total of 25 laps! As a school as a whole with each kid running, they ran OVER 22,000 laps!!

All donations are tax deductible and 100% of the funds the students raise will be staying at our school. The funds will go toward books and technology for our classrooms, field trips and more!

Heres a small peek of some of the finishes at the winter home on the hill. This project is just about completed, with the homeowners moving in on the 27th.

Here is our latest project. Impressive custom home with on 27 acres with a view of a lifetime. Perched high atop a hill, The capital and lake kegonsa can be seen from the great room, kitchen, office, master bedroom, dining room, deck and screen porch from 15 miles away. Some of the features include a beautiful walk-out basement, excavated front stoop for a dry storage, spancrete garage floor to form a basement drive out garage in the rear, 10' ceilings with 11' trays in the kitchen and great room, custom field framed bonus room above garage and a custom field framed grand entry way.
