Sidewalk repair. Removed old concrete, dug out the root that was 10inches around. Replaced and poured new concrete

Plumbing repair. Drainage line was not working properly. Cut out and dug up the line, replaced existing line. Concrete repaired and good as new

Hot water heater upgrade. Swapped out for a tankless gas water heater will ensure endless hot water. No more worries about running out of hot water.
