Just finished replacing the subfloor in a mobile home that had soft spots and water damage. The old flooring was glued and screwed down tight, but we got it all demoed, hauled off, repaired the joists underneath, and installed brand-new 3/4 tongue-and-groove plywood. 💪

Now this home has a solid, safe foundation again and is ready for new flooring to be installed on top.
