Optimum Upkeep LLC added a new Jenkins Iron and Steel grapple bucket for demolition work, and extreme cleanup jobs.

With all the blowing heavy snow be sure to check your furnace exhaust and intake pipes to be sure they are free from snow/ice.

Be sure to check your furnace vents. This subzero weather can freeze over exhaust vents preventing your furnace from operating properly.
