This project started out with the plan to only install new composite decking and railings on top of existing framing. I had suspected some rot underneath but the demo proved otherwise. The framing was literally crumbling apart as I was pulling the old deck boards off, and unfortunately I had to re-frame the whole thing.

This homeowner was very pleased with the transformation and is happy to now have a safe and stylish way to get out to their patio. The maintenance-free decking and railings will last for decades to come!

This used to be just a plain boring wall, but look at it now! This family wanted a separate space to use for a dry bar/coffee bar as well as add some extra kitchen storage. What used to be just empty space now offers tons of storage and functionality for them!

This deck was desperately needing a new railing and stairs. The old railing was falling apart and the old stairs literally crumbled when I got on site to start this project.

This customer saved some money by keeping the decking and posts after all of the framing underneath was inspected and deemed in good shape. This will all get a fresh coat of paint when the weather warms up.
