🎉 **Community Events** are the heartbeat of Yolo County! Whether it’s a farmer’s market packed with fresh produce or an artsy festival showcasing local talent, there’s always something exciting happening. These events bring us together and make our community stronger. 🙌❤️

🛍️ **Small Business Boutiques** are my go-to spots for unique finds! Each shop has its own personality and charm, offering everything from handmade crafts to chic fashion. Supporting local entrepreneurs never felt so good! 👜💎

Demo Day Excitement! 🤩🔨🧰

Demo Day is finally here—a time for both demolition and discovery! There’s always a sense of mystery as we dive into the unknown, unveiling what’s hidden behind old walls and beneath worn floors. Older buildings often have stunning architecture, but they bring their own set of quirks and challenges. Thankfully, we collaborate with talented local contractors who are experts in navigating these complexities.

In our historic Sunlit Suite, we encountered the classic challenge of uneven floors, a common trait in century-old structures. The leveling process was extensive, involving multiple layers and about 30 bags of leveling product to ensure the floors were perfect for the larger tiles we’re installing! 💪🏻💪🏻

Lighting presented another challenge, as we needed to enhance and update it to meet modern standards. While recessed lighting adds a contemporary touch, our thoughtful design included much-needed additional lighting for this 19th-century home. The low light sconces above the mirrors simply wouldn’t suffice on their own. We also worked on the client’s vintage fixtures to ensure they met current codes, allowing them to shine once more in this rejuvenated space. ✨💛✨

Inspired by the sunlight streaming through the balcony doors, our historic 𝓢𝓾𝓷𝓵𝓲𝓽 𝓢𝓾𝓲𝓽𝓮 design captures the essence of a turn-of-the-century greenhouse. We’ve crafted a serene retreat brightening walls, cabinets, and fixtures to reflect the natural light, complemented by lush greenery to create a true oasis.

In preserving the charm and history of this magnificent 19th-century home, we focused on intricate details. We chose custom Brunswick Nickels Cabinets that perfectly match the home’s doors, along with cabinet trimming that harmonizes with the existing crown molding and baseboards.

Our design also incorporates the client’s cherished vintage mirrors and light fixtures. We carefully selected fixtures that mirror these treasures, enhancing the countertops, walls, and shower.
