So, about the time we was wrapping up Bryon and Brittany Baker Frank dock, they had a request for a bench and sent what we believe to be a AI pic (based on the wheel barrow size, lol) she found online.
We made some modifications to the design and beefed it up. Bryon could park his truck on this thing!
When the treated wood dries a bit we'll be staining it, and its sized for outdoor cushions they'll be picking out.
Hope they enjoy it this Memorial Day weekend!

Before (what a pitiful looking thing lol) and after of Bryon and Brittany Brittany Baker Frank dock.
We completely rebuilt walkway, blew out the deck multiple feet in all directions, rebuilt and improved the jet ski ramp, added a boat slip with walkway, covered deck area and installed a boat lift along with multiple outlets for lift power, lights or anything else. Built corner steps into water. Stained the deck and the metal is pewter from Star Metal. We also fixed the power on the light pole near bulkhead and the light itself. We even did a emergency plumbing repair when Brittany accidentally broke the hose spigot with the lawn mower 😆
In time for Memorial weekend coming up!

We will also be building a L shaped bench for seating on the deck shortly and a few other projects for Bryon and Brittany.

Couldn't ask for a better day yesterday to get the metal on the roof of this dock we been building. Overcast, no rain and calm wind.
Don't mind the blue painters tape on the deck...we just laying out plans for a little something extra we'll be adding to this project 😎

Building decks and having new glass installed! I don't let many people work on my rides nor hire much work out, but THE GLASS NINJA knocked it out in a hour, on site, and is a fellow DeWalt user 👍👍

Did a little flooring job for Thomas A Himmer on Charmaine Dr. S, in Ivanhoe. He was in the process of installing and painting the toe-board himself, at after pic time.
And hung bath/closet doors and reset front door.
