When we talk about how important inspections are, this is the exact reason why. But not just any inspection, an inspection by a company that takes the time to look at the little detail. This door was previously inspected by an another company and was told the cables are good, and everything looked good on it. We got called for an end, bearing plate issue, and cable replacement, but as you can see the bottom plate that holds the cable on was completely wore out and failed on removal. We are happy to get our customers up and running again as quickly as possible, and we’re grateful they trust us to come in and keep their doors running! Wet believe in quality, attention to detail and taking our time to do it correctly.

A couple hail damaged doors replaced. The old ones were cheap “big box store” those kinds of doors are ok, but they’re not built heavy, and have poor warranty. That’s why we use CHI doors. Now the customer has quite and smooth doors that will last many more years (unless we get more hail) thank you to all our customers that trust us!
