Grace Construction LLC has finished up with a major restorative project in York recently. We rebuilt a rear sunroom and configured it's layout completely different than it was originally. We replaced windows, sliding patio doors, siding and accessories too. All the electrical on the exterior of the home, from lightning to the GFCI receptacles were completely refurbished with new. The electric work in the sunroom was redone and configured differently than original. We installed a twelve foot wide double slider patio door. We framed walls to accommodate a ten foot wide garage door that leads right out to the brand new Timber-Tech deck that too was newly built. The Spouting and accessories were replaced too. This was a huge undertaking for us, however these folks called the right man for the job. I'm so thankful and overflowing with gratitude that these folks chose us to provide these services! I however cannot achieve projects like these on my own. I employ some awesome folks. Chris Knuth I thank you for your role here providing us with the materials of doors and windows. Eric Witmer for the quality Spouting and accessories work provided. Thomas Slenker and Justin for the outstanding job on replacing the siding and accessories. Jamie Livelsberger for your talents with all things electrical. I thank J&L Materials in York for their dedication to providing us with quality exterior products. I need to thank my helpers, Jeff, Marvin, Scott, Bernie, and Bob for your help and support. These individuals not only put up with me, they compliment our dedication to building relationships, one at a time.

Grace Construction has finished up with the Deb Cunningham project in Columbia. I'd like to thank you for choosing me and my team of experts for your deck and railings project. From initial meeting to the completion, all transactions were smooth and you and Dave were a joy to work with. Thanks be to God for Instilling in me the knowledge and prosperity while lending a hand to others. Thanks to my carpenter and helpers. Grace Construction LLC has finished up with the Tricia Smeltzer Hoke project in York. We used Timber-Tech decking and fascia along with RDI railings and accessories as well as low voltage LED lighting. Looks fabulous and all the local neighbors are envious!
