Wyoming Custom Woodworks will be setting up tomorrow at the IACANE Native American Artifact Show in Marysville PA. We will have a number of display cases for sale in many different wood species and sizes. Looking forward to meeting many new people and checking out everyone's collections. Hope to see you there.

Working hard in the shop getting this years stock ready for shows. Late nights and early mornings in the shop before and after work. Currently working on 16”x20” rectangles, 12”x16” rectangles, 16” octagons, 12” octagons, 10” squares, and 8” squares. Wood species are white oak, maple, cherry, curly maple, walnut, sapele, and curly ambrosia maple. One or two of these might get pulled and go into my collection. One of the perks of making them is you get to cherry pick before they go.

Just finished up this rustic maple set of night stands with pine drawers. 18” wide x 22” deep x 24” tall. This was a fun project. Now time to get started on some display cases for this coming year’s shows. First one is February 15th at the Washington Avenue Armory in Albany. Looking forward to seeing some friends that I made at last year’s show.

We would also like to thank everyone for your continued support, and for all the return customers we have had this year. This is a new case design that I’ve been tinkering with. Overall happy with how it turned out. Not sure how I feel about the burnt pine. Might look better in alternating hardwoods. I’ll give that a try next.

It was a busy few days. Full days at work and full evenings in the shop, then finished up the weekend in the shop. Here are a few orders finished up and headed to customers just in time for Christmas.

Front row, left to right….. an 8”x10” made from curly maple, next a couple 12”x14” made from walnut and cherry, last an 8”x10” @ 4”deep made from walnut.

Middle row, left to right….. a 12” octagon made from maple, next a new prototype arrowhead design made from pine with a torched finish, last a 12”x16” made from Sapele.

Back row are two custom pine displays that contain antique fishing lures. This set was commissioned last fall by a lady as a Christmas gift for her husband.

Good morning all. With Christmas just around the corner, I wanted to let people know what display cases I have left in stock for the year. If anyone is looking for a Christmas gift for their significant flintknapping other, or for a friend, or if you just want to wrap it up and give it to yourself.

What I currently have available is as follows.

16”x20” - I have one in maple. @ $65.00ea

14”x14” - I have four in oak, three in maple, two in cherry, and one in walnut. @ $45.00ea

12”x14” - I have three in oak, three in maple. @ $40.00ea

12”x12” - I have one in oak, one in maple, and one in cherry. @ $35.00ea

12” octagon - I have two in maple, and one in oak. @ $40.00ea

Background fabric options I currently have are red, green, white, anda small amount of blue.

Let me know if any of these interest you. If not I can make whatever you’re looking for but turnaround on a one off would be after Christmas.

Pictures are to show what the cases look like and the quality, but many in the pictures have already been sold. Pictures of the remaining available on request.

Fresh out of the shop. Test run for using up cutoffs from other projects. Here are four sets of hardwood coasters up for grabs at $15.00 a set. These would make great Christmas gifts. Made from white oak, cherry, maple, black walnut, and sapele. Message me if interested.

Wyoming Custom Woodworks had a wonderful time this weekend in Ohio for the Coshocton Flint Festival. The weather was perfect and all of the attendees were very welcoming. We just wanted to reach out and thank everyone for stopping by our booth and supporting us, and for all the wonderful comments on my woodworking. You all definitely made for a great first experience in Ohio. We will definitely be back next year!

We arrived this morning in Coshocton Ohio for the Coshocton Flint Festival. We were given a nice big site that can accommodate our camping and vending all in one. The weather is expected to be beautiful all weekend. Looking forward to meeting all who come out.
