A quick couple of days to frame up… Eventually the room will be a bar/lounge area with a bathroom. Will have a 36” entrance door, along with a 8ft barn door. Up top will be a storage area. Owner didn’t want railing around top so they could use the tractor to set stuff up top. 💪🏻

We put some finishing touches on a 45 sq. ft. wine cellar, that we built for a couple in their basement. This room was built with the proper insulation, and v***r block, to insure that this wine cellar serves as a walk in fridge.... had a lot of fun doing this one, and learning along the way!

Another Out Of Town, Work Post..... this time we are at Oak Island doing hurricane repairs on an ocean front beach house, for some local customers back home. This deck was destroyed, other than the frame. So along with some flood repairs, and remodels inside, we are trying to do a little makeover before rental takes off very soon!!

Wrapped Up!! ..... finished the exterior remodel on the beach home at Holden Beach right before Thanksgiving. New Hardie Board siding, trim, and new doors and Windows transformed this beach home, and gave it a new beach home vibe! 🏝
