Job Title: Construction Company Secretary / Receptionist

Special Touch Builders is a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with professionalism and efficiency. We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office and support daily administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and file documents (digital and physical)
Assist with data entry, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized
Support project managers and team members with administrative tasks
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (construction industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
