Another one back up and running 💪🔥

Customer was having major issues with a large 230,000 BTU Cleveland oil furnace pulling excessive amperage and not operating properly. After a full diagnostic, we found a failing blower motor along with wiring issues causing the over-amp condition.

Installed a new blower motor, corrected the wiring, and got everything running safely and efficiently again ✅

Big systems like this need to be right — not just running, but running correctly.

Another big step in the books! 🔧❄️

Another deck freshened up for a close friend and valued client after some tree damage. The structure was still solid, so this project focused on repairing sections of the banister and railings and replacing several rotted deck boards. Now the deck is safe, sturdy, and ready for many more seasons of use. If your deck has loose railings or soft boards starting to rot, feel free to reach out for quality repairs done right.

Another one wrapped up for a great customer! 💪

We were called out to track down a leak on an old polybutylene water line — a common issue in older homes. After locating the failure, we removed the compromised section and upgraded the line to durable PEX piping, installing proper shut-off valves for easier maintenance and peace of mind moving forward. No more worrying about surprise leaks.

While on site, we also repaired damaged metal flashing and secured the soffit to keep everything sealed up and protected from the elements.

Another productive day in the field 🔧

We serviced and made upgrades to a hydronic, oil-fired boiler system, replaced an outdated baseboard heater, and added a new toe-kick baseboard to improve heat distribution in the space.

We also completed a clean install of a new kitchen sink, delta faucet and dishwasher, making sure all plumbing connections were done right and ready for reliable daily use.

Another HVAC improvement completed ✔️
We relocated a poorly placed return vent that was pulling in unconditioned air, which was hurting system efficiency and comfort. We also removed undersized, uninsulated, and rotted supply runs and upgraded them to properly sized, fully insulated flex duct.

The result: better airflow, improved efficiency, and more consistent temperatures throughout the home.
