Handmade Wooden Memorial Flag Case. This case holds a 5' x 9.5' interment flag, and is made from a beautiful single piece of Walnut for continuous grain flow and color match, procured from Shetler Lumber Company . This piece of wood has some beautiful grain, and Pith (Looks like a vein) running through it, nice character. It comes with a Osmo Poly-x oil, and wax gloss finish, which lets the beauty of the wood show through. This particular case was made to hang on the wall, and comes with hardware attached, also available with base for setting on a mantle, shelf etc. Also will work with you on Custom requests, many different styles, and wood species available. I make everything personally in my Northwest Pennsylvania shop, and I strive to make a quality product in a timely manner. Feel free to contact me with any questions or requests. Handmade Wooden Memorial Flag Case. This case holds a 5' x 9.5' interment flag, and is made from a beautiful single piece of Walnut for continuous grain flow and color match. It has Spalted Maple Splines in all three corners for added Strength, and looks. This piece of wood has some beautiful grain, curl, and nice character, and was procured from Shetler Lumber Company . It comes with a Osmo Poly-x oil, and wax gloss finish, which lets the beauty of the wood show through. This is a beautiful piece of Rift sawn Oak, for some beautiful straight grain, and coloring, from Shetler Lumber Company . It has Walnut splines in all three corners for added strength, and looks. With Walnut splines and stripe through the center. Has some very nice Medullary rays.
