Meet the Owner!
Cody Taylor
Lifelong Youngsville resident, builder, fixer, and a man who has apparently never met a store-bought item he couldn’t make more complicated at home. 😂
After high school, Cody followed in his dad’s footsteps and went to work at Acadiana Security Plus, where he learned the trade before eventually betting on himself in his mid-20s.
As a young dad, he started Connected Solutions by himself out of his garage. Fast forward a few years and that little garage operation has turned into a growing business serving the same community he was born and raised in.
And apparently running a business isn’t enough to keep him busy.
Homemade pasta? Yep.
Bread from scratch? Obviously.
Woodworking? Of course.
Soap made from rendered deer fat? For some reason, yes. 😂
If mankind has spent hundreds of years figuring out how to make something easier, Cody will happily reverse the process.
When he’s not working, he’s probably sailing, camping, building something, or six hours deep into a mechanic project that was “only going to take an hour.”
Most importantly, he’s an awesome dad to his three boys, Rhett, Brantley and William, and has his amazing woman Sophy by his side along with her two little ones. So between Connected Solutions and five kids combined, peace and quiet really isn’t an option anyway. 😂
