Shutters I built out of red grandis. I glued up solid panels and used a v-groove bit to imitate board and batten shutters. The shutters these are replacing were 4 1x6’s held together by the battens and were badly weather and sagging from the nails or screws failing over time. These being solid panels will never sag.
