New windows won’t only upgrade the value of your home, but they can also drastically reduce your energy bill! We put in 10 new double hung replacement windows from Wincore on this project. Double hung replacement windows are a great option because you can easily tilt both the top and bottom sashes in to clean the exterior panes of glass without having to go outside.

Patio cover build for a great couple in Yukon! Homeowners wanted the cover to match the roofline to keep the whole patio dry and shaded throughout the day. The roofing material is a polycarbonate “smoked gray” corrugated panel to allow light to pass through, but still keeping everything nice and shady. This will allow for many sunny and rainy days to be able to be enjoyed for years to come! The smell of the all cedar framing is a pretty good bonus as well.

Decks and pergolas are an awesome way to liven up your outdoor entertainment area! The pictured deck was framed with all pressure treated lumber and is sitting on oversized concrete piers. The Deckorators composite decking and composite/ aluminum railing make for an almost entirely maintenance-free deck! All of the pergolas are always built with rough sawn western red cedar and finished with high quality stain and powder coated steel hardware to give the structure a crazy long life!
