Sunny weather letting us move along on our staining schedule!! PSA : Meranda is out of office today & tomorrow, please allow us some extra time to get back to everyone as Jeremy is working on job sites to keep us on schedule.

Thank you to everyone for the support, this is shaping up to be one of our busiest April-June seasons yet & we are so thankful 🙏

What an incredible May! Despite some rain here & there, our team worked hard all month. We have gotten SWAMPED with leads this week & will be getting ahold of everyone by Monday at the latest. We are working extra days to try & stay ahead, & make up any rescheduled jobs due to lack of time & weather delays. We appreciate everyone’s support more than you’ll ever know! 😄

Proud of my team today for prepping a couple decks for a full restoration ✅🧼

There is such a HUGE difference in quality of a proper deck restoration, vs spraying water & slapping some stain from Lowe’s on the wood.

This deck today received our wood stripper with a controlled pressure wash. Then, we brightened and neutralized the wood to prep for stain.

When we arrive back another day, we will sand the deck and apply another flood coat of our penetrating oil base stain 😄 no chipping or peeling on this deck ❌

Are you on a shallow well, or don’t have a water hookup at all? That’s okay! We can supply water entirely when needed. Between all our equipment we can bring 1700-2200 gallons at a time if needed. Today we’re just washing a house out here in the country, so we brought 800 gallons to this house to make sure it gets done in one trip.

Another deck checked off our list ✅

We used an HOA compliant stain on this one, Sherwin Williams 9600 series. This is an oil modified acrylic stain that creates a film on top of the wood. Relatively newer product, and is a better alternative than traditional water based products as it is supposed to weather thin over time, rather than chip & peel.

Our technique here was to ensure coverage between the deck boards to avoid bare spots on the sides. A quick coat inbetween with a brush, and then 2 coats rolled on top for a smooth even finish 👍
