Oasis villa CONCEPT:

The villa uses strong referral to the classic Indochina style in a more modern setting. The core focus lays in the ability to enjoy the integration of the outdoors and indoors, maximising the use of natural light and cooling. Meant to draw inspiration from more classic styles, the villa acts as a nostalgic reminder but in a comfortable and private setting.

Void office space & cafe CONCEPT:

The floor-to-ceiling glass panels replace the solid walls, so light from the south windows can travel into the centre of the hallway
The use of mirrors mirrors create the illusion of more space. This design celebrates the apartment's elongated proportions and maximising the illusion of depth.

This design evokes the feeling of “floating in the space” in an “Open/close” structure. The main goal of that design if to make the client “feel” detached, not belonging to the structure. To more appreciate the space as a garden than a closed building.

Domus CONCEPT:

The inside garden, located at the heart of the villa creates a feeling of perspective and brings the audience closer to nature. The small pond represents the heart of the entire structure and serves the purpose of air cooling. The entire space borrows ancient roman architecture style mixed with modern patterns inspired by south East Asian traditional design. The wooden patterned walls present of every angle of the space serves the main purpose of creating visual shadow games mixed with the white flooring to give that specific feeling of perspective and symmetry.

The design encompasses the marriage between the timeless comfort and natural sensation derived from a wooden cabin and the sophisticated comforts of our modern lives. The master bedroom features a full glass bay and grey wood flooring. The walls are decorated with black tempered glass wit lazer engravings to serve aesthetic purpose.
