⚠️ Seller Alert – Please Be Cautious ⚠️
We want to share a recent experience to help protect other plant sellers in the community.
A recent buyer on Etsy claimed that the plant they received arrived damaged. However, we have full video and photo documentation of the exact plant we shipped — healthy, hydrated, and packed carefully. The shipment even arrived earlier than expected.
Unfortunately, the buyer did not record any unboxing photos or videos on the day of delivery. Several days later, they reported that the plant had deteriorated. Their photos showed signs of severe underwatering, improper soil, and leaves cut shorter than the original size, which did not match the condition of the plant we sent.
They repeatedly blamed “green paint marks” on the leaves — marks that are not present in our packing videos.
The buyer then threatened us with a 1-star review and opened a dispute on Etsy.
We want to remind all plant sellers:
🌱 Always document your packaging and shipment
🌱 Encourage buyers to film their unboxing for both sides’ protection
🌱 Be cautious and stay informed when dealing with dispute-prone buyers
