SHDW Group presents four adjacent, individually gated houses in Gjilan. Each house features a contemporary brick façade framed by clean white volumes and a dark pitched roof. Large ground-floor sliding glazing opens directly onto a private ground-level terrace and courtyard, while the upper floor provides a covered balcony with a glazed balustrade. A narrow vertical window marks the stairwell and introduces a clear rhythm to the façade. The street edge is secured by low perimeter walls and private gates, with modest planted courtyards between units. The design focuses on straightforward residential layouts, clear separation between neighbouring homes, ample daylight, and direct indoor–outdoor connections.
