Last week, we asked you to dust the snow and ice off your outside vents. Did you? Did you notice if your vents were white or discoloured?

If you see this discolouration on your venting, please notify us or your local plumber/gasfitter immediately. Such discolouration raises several red flags, and a gas issue could be at fault for overheating. This poses a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home and increases the risk of a house fire.
