We are currently looking for a self starter, personable, and outgoing Journeyman Plumber with over 5 years experience to join our team. Due to expanding in areas like Beaumont, Cleveland, North Houston, we are looking for someone that can run this area for us. This position does have a 90 day probationary period where you will make $1,000.00 a week with no paid holidays. Once you reach the 90 days you will receive $1,200.00 + 10% commissions, paid holidays and direct deposit. This service plumber will ideally run his own area with supervision by the Master Plumber Charles who has over 25 years experience in the field, and the dispatcher assigned to your area.

Responsibilities:
•Run Home Warranty Residential Service Calls
•Diagnosis Plumbing Concerns (Report to Dispatch and Home Warranty)
•Sale Non Covered Charges to customers who's items aren't covered
•Take notes and pictures and upload it into our dispatching system
•Call in claims to the warranty company to check coverage
•Collect Service Fees, and money due from home owner when necessary through our system
•Create estimates for jobs (With Master Plumbers Approval)
•Check schedule night before and throughout the day

Qualifications:
•Journeymen Licensed Plumber
•Ideally 5+ year experience (Residential or Home Warranty)
•Have own hand and power tools
•Have a smart phone
•MUST have valid plumbers license and drivers license

Plumber Tip #1- (Water Heaters)
We diagnosis a lot of water heaters per year, most of them need to be replaced! Even when they should probably have more life to them.

WHY? It's because a lot of homeowners are unaware that their water heaters need to be maintained on a regular basis. We recommend getting this done once a year, but AT LEAST every 2 years...Think about it can you drive your car everyday and not have to maintain it at all in a year or two? No you cant or it will eventually break down on you! It's the same way with your water heater that is in use everyday. When getting maintenance properly it will extend the life of your water heater, and cause less sediment build up which can also save you money on fixtures in your home in which the sediment build up can damage.

WHAT DOES WATER HEATER MAINTENANCE INCLUDE?
•Testing, and replacement of temperature and pressure valve if necessary.
•Replacement of boiler drain.
•Cleaning of the burner assembly.
•Flushing and Cleaning of water heater unit to the best of our ability removing as much sediment build up as possible.
