, customer was having problems locking both locks to the point one of them was fully jammed
Quickly sorted the problem out and exchanged both patio door locks to nice new working ones

A customer in Ramsbottom was unable to lock their door and needed a quick solution.

After a full inspection, we diagnosed a faulty gearbox as the cause of the problem. The old unit was removed and a new gearbox fitted, getting the door back to its former glory and operating smoothly once again! 👌
