Hello guys! Gusto ko lang magshare ng thoughts regarding our plant community these days.
Bakit parang nagiging sobrang toxic na ang plant community? Di ba dapat we are sharing positivity to our co-plant parent? Wala naman problema siguro sa pagrarant because it's your freedom to rant all you want, kami din nagrarant kami pag talagang nasstress na kami at may pagbblock na nangyayare at talagang bastos na. And also madalas nararant din kami ng clients regarding some issues na d namin controlled. We admit, we lack communication sometimes. Hindi kami yung seller na nakakasagot agad agad. Unfortunately, isang tao lang ang nakakapag-manage ng page ngayon. Sobrang daming personal matter na nangyare for the past few weeks and hindi talaga ako makapagcheck ng messages agad and hindi ko mamessage yung mga dapat na iupdate ko na clients agad. Here are some issues na mejo mahirap ihandle.
REFUND
Yes, every client is entitled for refund. Unfortunately, sellers are not entitled to say no to a refund not unless that plant is already under their care for 2 weeks or more. May mga plants tayo na ready na irelease anytime, may mga plants din tayo na need pa ma-acclimatize. Most of our plants came from Ecuador and literally everyone knows how difficult some plants are. Unfortunately, some plants do not adapt to our weather so well na talagang nagseset back sila. We always tell our clients sa live na it may take 2 to 3 weeks or more. Lagi yan. As in tuwing live d kami nagkukulang mag advise.
Again, d kami humihindi sa refund. BUT, we are not always ready for refunding. We are not that liquid to refund you right at the moment you asked for it. May mga nagpaparefund dahil nagbago isip, may emergency, etc. First of all, dapat ang pinambibili niyo ng plants is definitely hindi dapat inutang, hindi emergency money, dapat spare money niyo yan. Nung nag-mine po kayo, technically andun na si plant niyo. Nagaacclimatize. And the funds you paid, we also use it for restocking, etc.. Kapag pre-order, same thing applies, Disadvantage is kapag may ngyare sa plant during acclimatization, we always say we are responsible of replacing it. Pero guys, we cannot replace plants in a snap. We will order them sa Ecuador. Isasabay namin sila sa monthly order namin. Hindi sa ginamit namin yung pera but literally, we reordered your plant. ( we weren't the ones na pinost dun sa isang group kasi d naman kami nagpapapreorder tapos walang dumadating). Im just sharing what we have experienced and still experiencing. Sadly, some of the clients (around 4 clients already) have posted and threatened us to post us if they wont be able to get their funds back right away. Tapos, yung ipopost ka, of course hindi complete yung details. They will just say na wag kayong bibili dito, sometimes they call us scammer, sometimes they'll threaten you that they wont take down their posts no unless narefund na. Sa buyers, wala nga naman mawawala. Kasi wala naman talaga kami intention na hindi irefund kayo, pero pag narefund na kayo, wala na. The damage has been done, you already dropped our name and the impression to us from other clients changed. Hindi na kmi nabigyan ng opportunity na bentahan yung isang client na nakabasa kasi nga negative na yung sinabi niyo. Iba iba naman kasi yung scenario for each client. Madami pa gatongera at gatongero sa post na akala mo naexperience nila ganto ganyan, pero pag chineck naman record, naserve naman yung plant. Successful naman delivery. Wala lang. Gusto lang niya gumatong at magpapansin.
Why do we feel that we are entitled to rant online and drop names just like that (not just us but to all sellers out there) though kausap mo na yung seller mismo? D niyo na inisip na naghahanapbuhay yung seller and their future transactions might get affected since you bad mouthed them? D niyo na sila nabigyan ng chance? Though pinaliwanag na nila kung ano ngyare? This may not be applicable sa seller na talagang gahaman, kasi may mga ganyan talaga. Pero yung mga sellers na maliliit. Why dont you hear them out?
May mga sellers naman din na ang lakas manira ng ibang sellers. Ewan ko, inggit?? Tinitira ka na pailalim, d mo alam may ganung issues pala. Yung nagugulat ka nalang kasi "Hala, pano ngyare yun e first time mo lang naman magtransact ng ganun?" yung sisiraan ka na ganyan talaga sila magnegotiate? Hala?? Bakit?? Sino ka para magsabi ng ganyan? Kung may issues tayo Kausapin mo yung tao, pagsabihan mo. Dba?? Hindi yung sisiraan mo pa. For what?
Can we just please stop making this community hard for everyone? This is not entertainment. This is one's source of income and this is one's hobby.

For those who are feeling sikat sa community na to, bakit hindi positivity ang ikalat niyo hindi puro negativity? Is that how you want to get followers? Trash talking people?
