We are committed to identifying the most effective and cost-efficient solution for every problem.
Recently, a customer contacted us regarding a leak from her 6-year-old Glow-worm boiler. She had previously been advised by another company that a full boiler replacement was required. However, upon inspection, we determined that the issue was caused by a faulty component costing just £80. By carrying out the necessary repair, we saved the customer thousands of pounds in unnecessary replacement costs.
Always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion if told your boiler needs replacing!

Had a customer text this morning as she had hot water no heating ! Where as some companies may have charged a Sunday call out fee to go out and top up the boiler ! A quick whatsapp video call sorted the issue ! No leaks ! No call out fee ! No charge ! Happy warm customer 😊
