One of our best guys has been delt with one of lifes big blows. Jason's vision was slowly getting worse and then recently it got so bad that driving a car and working a normal day is impossible. Jason loved to tinker and fix things and was quite good at it. Its one of the thing he will miss, but more importantly he is a single dad with an 8 year old daughter, Sadie, that is depending on him alone. Please help if you can!

I think we did pretty good with this new inflatable plug. The idea is to pass through a 1/2" jet nozzle so you don't waste your time removing the jet. Here we inflate this tiny plug in a 2-1/2" pipe to a pressure of 70psi before it blew, I would like to try a 3" pipe next. In a normal pool pipe at 35psi it will do the job -no problem!. Next time your pressure testing a pipe and pop your Q-ball plug, try our induction plug. It fits Jandy valves and we have pumped one up to 90psi. Its rebuildable if it does break.

We are introducing our new line of stainless steel crack repair staples. These have a cam tightening system and feature a beveled head on the cam to prevent it from pulling through the plate. Last week we posted a picture of a pool/spa with a broken bottom drain pipe possibly under the spa. It could of easily turned into a loss but I gave it a shot anyway. Sorry about the AI voice- we just trying new things.

We got a new shipment of the second design version of the butterfly plug in stock. We beefed up the body of the plug to eliminate cracking and deleted the sharp thread pickers on the ears. I thought they were a great idea but a few snowflakes thought the picks were too sharp. These plugs take the place of Hayward O-ring plugs but have big wings that don't require a tool to remove them. You can drill a hole in the center of one to make it an induction plug. They are bright Orange for visibility so no one accidently flips on the pump. and with the holes in the wings they can be strung together and hung out of the way until needed. Learn more:
