An Architectural Technical office engineer (2 - 4 Years of experience)
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in producing and reviewing working drawings and shop drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and full technical compliance.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Competent in quantity surveying and cost estimation, with the ability to analyze materials, scopes, and project requirements.
- High attention to technical detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design discrepancies and site issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with proven capability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Experience in producing and managing construction documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical submissions.
- Bachelorโs degree in Architectural Engineering (required).
