The apartment for rent in the Old Town of Kaunas must be transformed with minimal changes into a family apartment or, if necessary, premises suitable for psychological counseling. This is my layout proposal. Are these minimal changes?

Išties buvo iššūkis efektyviai suplanuoti ilgą, siaurą erdvę su santykinai ribota natūralia šviesa istoriniame miesto centre esančiame pastate, tačiau suskaidžius ją pagal funkcinius patalpų poreikius ir vietomis atsisakius stacionarios pertvaros, gaunamas dinamiškas ir gyvas buto planas.

It was indeed a challenge to effectively plan a long, narrow space with relatively limited natural light in a historic downtown building, but dividing it according to the functional needs of the rooms and abandoning the stationary partition in places, the result is a dynamic and lively apartment plan.

Paskutiniame savo interjero renovacijos projekte sukūriau prieškambario spintą kaip esminį architektūrinį elementą, kuriam reikėjo išskirtinio identiteto, bet kartu derančio su bendru namo interjero dizainu.

In my most recent renovation project, I created a hall closet as an essential architectural element that needed a distinctive identity, but at the same time fit in with the overall interior design of the house.

Šiek tiek pažvelgus atgal, šis mano projektas tikriausiai vis dar yra vienas iš mano mėgstamiausių. Sukurti rezidencinę erdvę ten, kur to mažiausiai tikimasi, ir eksperimentuoti su vaizdiniais buvo išties malonus darbas.

Looking back a bit, this project of mine is probably still one of my favorites. Creating a residential space where it is least expected and experimenting with visuals was a really enjoyable job.
