Replied promptly to my initial enquiry about my heating not working and arranged to come out to investigate and repair along with a full service. Found the fault quickly, not an easy one to get fixed but got the job done eventaully and got everything running perfectly, so arranged to come back the following week to fit a new double radiator and now house is a lot more toastie, just in time for the cold weather setting in. Very friendly, great service, something that has been hard to find when it comes to oil boilers, Oftec registered a bonus so all the paperwork spot on, will use for my yearly service for sure going forward, big thumbs up from me.
