The importance of having your gas appliances serviced. The customer called because the boiler was constantly losing pressure. Upon on removing the casing on this we noticed red debris inside the combustion chamber casing.

We suspected the debris was from a perished Burner Gasket. A quick check with the Flue Gas Analyser confirmed the presence of potentially fatal . ⚠️

We replaced the Burner Gasket, cleaned the Electrodes, replaced the split Membrane, recharged the Expansion Vessel tested and left the boiler working safely and efficiently. ✅ 🔥 🔧

We were called to this The customer had no heating or hot water with the boiler showing a Fan failure error.

After a bit of investigating we found the Printed Circuit Board behaving erratically. We replaced the faulty Printed Circuit Board, carried out all safety checks and Bob’s yer uncle! 👴🏼

Another boiler back up and running safely and efficiently. 🔥 🔧

We were called to this The customer had no heating or hot water with the boiler showing a flame failure error.

We found the Heat Engine badly chocked due to lack of servicing. We cleaned the Heat Engine, Electrodes and recharged the Expansion Vessel.

A bit of TLC and we got the boiler back up and running safely and efficiently. Another happy customer! 🔥 🔧

We cannot stress how important it is to get your gas appliances checked annually. This Burner Gasket had perished and was leaking potentially fatal . Lucky enough we managed to get to it before it caused any real damage.
