The original thought here was only the unfinished attic space.
Then, it was decided to add the task of moving the laundry somewhere between the hallway and the bedroom. So we did.
Cleaned up a whole mess of wires that were hidden over the drop ceiling. Brought everything up to code with the electrical and installed some nice recessed lighting in the hallway and staircase.
We also took down the old staircase leading up to the attic and rebuilt it with a beautiful one that also meets code.
Once again, we have been blessed enough to work with some great homeowners through the years.

We got a call to look at this property where the owners wished to convert a nail salon into a two bedroom apartment.
We met with them and after a couple of meetings we came up with a design that matched what they had in mind.
We shook hands and went right to work. From our architect to our cleaning crew, it was nonstop. There was so much involved in this project with just about everything but at the end the result speaks for itself and our clients are very happy.
