House Maintenance
Maintenance Goals are simply place in two Categories by BRDOC. We provide Ethical Goal Measurements here as we will utilize our business structure to strategize a systematic attitude that sets not just ours but our customers Performance wants and needs based on Time for Price Levels.
The first of the two measurements for customers are Maintenance Income Levels in which is define as any expense that requires Professional service outside of Do-it-Yourself capabilities to be price against Retailer Prices.
And, Maintenance Labor is the second measurements that's is based on routine care of Utility Workers tools, time and availability to service the maintenance issue on a Do-it-Yourself capacity in which can be met without professional service providers.
We say, whoa whoa there now or okay okay now I've read to thee end already but I can do it, but sometimes Time does get behind and my utility tools are than useless or broken....
Hate to advise it but that's when you call your local lawn team, right or wrong?
Bottom line sometimes its cheaper to temporarily utilize a Lawn Service Provider based on Time at least because sometimes Lawn Care providers will make you that Income base mission..
