The Anamar at Collins Park has been recognized with a Citation Award of Excellence in the New Work category at the 2026 AIA Florida Design Awards.

Designed by Shulman + Associates and delivered by PGAL as Architect of Record, the Miami Beach artist and workforce housing development creates new opportunities for attainable housing while contributing to the vitality of the Collins Park cultural district.

Over the past 80 years, aviation has transformed dramatically; and so has the way we design for it.

In 1969, PGAL completed its first major aviation project: Terminals A/B at Houston Intercontinental Airport. That project marked the beginning of a long-standing commitment to designing environments that support how people move, connect, and experience travel.

Today, we’re continuing that work through projects like the Terminal B Transformation at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, helping reimagine the passenger experience for the next generation.

From our first terminals to more than 25 million square feet of aviation projects, our focus remains the same: thoughtful, forward-looking design.

With Memorial Day weekend and summer travel season around the corner, airports are preparing for an increase in travelers and first impressions matter.

The Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC) at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) was designed to help make arrivals smoother and more efficient for visitors coming to the region. By bringing rental car services together in one centralized location, the facility improves convenience, reduces congestion, and helps travelers get on the road faster.
