I want to say a cottage industry but we grow our flowers and vegetables for the joy of, learning all the way. Also learning the art of beekeeping having kept bees for some years and come to the realisation you never really learn it all, but great fun.

We are selling one that's very floral, and the second has a distinct heather flavour to it.
With all the local flora and pollen content honey has got to be one of the healthiest foods you can enjoy

The weather is still so warm the bees are gathering a hefty amount of honey in, opened them up today and expected them to be slowing down but not so, one hive in particular is very strong and stocking up well
