We wanted to give you some updated information regarding our lead time and delivery service!
•
We are currently working on a 5-6 week lead time (plus delivery) for our dining tables however, smaller items can be completed much sooner. Every order is hand made to each customers individual specification and so please allow time for that.
•
Our lead time may change and if it does, we’ll let you know before placing your order.
•
Delivery is free of charge within a 5 mile radius of LS20. For deliveries further away, a charge will be added to each order going forward and will vary depending on the product and location. Collection can be agreed where possible.
•
Payment must be made upfront before we can make a start on your order.
•
All the timber we use is reclaimed therefore, each piece is a one off meaning each item is different and may not be an exact replica of the items we choose to post. New timber can be used if requested.
•
Wood is a natural material and as such is subject to changes over time. It will also react differently depending on the environment it is stored in.
•
Care and attention must be paid to all of our handmade products however we are always happy to review any concerns.
